به گزارش فارس، رئیس دستگاه دیپلماسی در پاسخ به سؤالی درباره تبادل زندانیان و آزاد شدن داراییهای بلوکه شده ایران در کره جنوبی و کند شدن روند انتقال داراییهای ما در بانکی در عراق گفت: همواره گفتهایم هیچگاه از مسیر دیپلماسی و مذاکره فاصله نگرفتیم. از ابتدای کار دولت تصمیم آقای رئیس جمهور بر این شد که ما در دو مسیر بی اثر کردن تحریمها و تلاش از مسیر دیپلماسی برای لغو تحریمهای یکجانبه و غیرعادلانه آمریکا اقدام کنیم. آن بخشی که مربوط به تلاش برای بی اثر کردن تحریمهاست، به محتوای برجام برمیگردد.
وی گفت: در برجام توافقی انجام شده و بخشهایی از توافق حتما نقطه قوت مذاکرات و جمع بندی بوده است، ولی در عین حال به دلیل مجموعه شرایط مذاکراتی و پیگیریهایی که انجام شده، همکاران من در گذشته مذاکره کردند و به هر حال آنها آن مقداری که میتوانستند در میز مذاکره به دست بیاورند تلاش کردند، ولی در بخشهای این مذاکره، مذاکره یک طرف با چند طرف بوده و در ادامه نیز هست. بالاخره طرف مقابل هم در یک توافق ایدهها و طرحهایی دارد.
وزیر خارجه گفت: وون کره جنوبی باید تبدیل به یورو شود و تبدیل این مبلغ به یورو شدن یک روزه نخواهد بود و یک روند چند روزه و حداکثر چند هفته را پیش بینی کردیم و بعد از اینکه کل این دارایی به یورو تبدیل شد به بانک یکی از کشورهای منطقه که ما در آنجا حساب داریم، منتقل میشود حسابی که بتوانیم با قید اقلام غیرتحریمی که این هم یکی از رفتارهای ظالمانه و غیرعادلانه طرف مقابل است. ولی فعلا توافق ما این است که هر کالای غیرتحریمی که مایل هستیم و نیاز داریم، بتوانیم از مسیر داراییهای خود دریافت کنیم.
وی گفت: اینکه ایران در مسیر پیگیری دیپلماسی برای لغو تحریمها و بازگشت همه طرفها به برجام هست، بله هست، این مسیری است که دنبال میکنیم و امیدواریم زمانی به نقطه نهایی کار میرسیم اطلاع رسانی داشته باشیم.
